​I have been practicing bodywork and holistic health for 30 years.  I started in southern California, earning a Holistic Health Practitioner's degree including licensure for massage.  I have studied and incorporated a wide range of naturopathic and bodywork modalities including Swedish, Thai, Acupressure, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Rhythmic Movement Therapy, Educational Kinesiology, Lymphatic Drainage, breath work, yoga, aromatherapy and more.

I tailor each massage to the individual, facilitating greater body awareness and deepening breath, release and relaxation.
