Hello and welcome to my page. Thank you for your interest.

 A little about me...

I have been a health and wellness enthusiast for 27 years. Yoga and massage have been a way for me to find happiness, health, vitality, and physical and emotional balance 

I have been a certified body worker in NC for 16 years and a student and teacher of yoga for 23. I find that both of these compliment each other so well along with a healthy diet, time in nature, exercise and a positive attitude.  I have studied extensively in yoga therapeutics and clinical massage to help clients with alignment and recognize postural habits that can help relieve pain.   My massages are customized to suit your needs. I offer medi-cupping (www.medicupping.com), hot stones, deep tissue, foot reflexology, myofascial release, stretching, guided breath work, and aromatherapy.  I also offer private yoga sessions that are customized to your personal needs.  One private instruction can really help you gain a knowledge of your body and provide information on where imbalances might be that can take years to discover in public classes.

I would love to hear from  you and work with you to encourage a happier, healthier you. 


Being a nature lover and steward to the earth , I choose to use all Organic and mostly home made products. I grow several of my own herbs to use in salves and oils. All the essential oils I use are mostly organic and all are therapeutic pure grade.

Private yoga provides an intake to thoroughly understand your needs and goals. A structural assessment and a customized practice that is designed to accommodate your body while taking in consideration of the amount of time you feel you can commit to. You will receive a follow up email to answer any questions and assist any way I can along with photos of poses so you can have for future reference.
